I only have a few minutes to spare, so I thought I should inform you of this. There is an evil scientist on the loose. His name is Senior Doktor Kudi. Right now, we have tracked his coordinates to somewhere south of Mexico City and north of Acapulco. Be on the lookout for him. He is a white chihuahua, with an evil intent. Beware his charming smile. Beneath it, there is just pure, concentrated evil. We don't have much time. We must find him.
